2Refund Policy

• Payments made for any subscription term (monthly or annual) are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription if you decide to stop using RankonFitness before the end of your term.
• In the event that RankonFitness refuses or cancels a subscription before service activation, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued.

3Plan Changes

• Upgrades: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The new plan pricing will be applicable.
• Downgrades: Downgrades take effect from the next renewal date. No refunds will be given for the remaining term of the current plan.

4Service Modifications & Non-Transferability

• RankonFitness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time without prior notice.
• If a gym, fitness center, or business using RankonFitness shuts down, the subscription cannot be transferred to another business entity, even if owned by the same management.

5Cancellation Process

• To cancel your subscription, you must email sales@rankonfitness.com at least 15 days before the end of your current billing term.
• Upon cancellation, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers. This process is irreversible, so please ensure you have backed up any important information before cancelling.
• You will receive a written confirmation of cancellation from RankonFitness.

6Additional Charges

• Subscription fees exclude internet/data charges, phone costs, and any other communication or transaction charges.
• Any currency conversion or bank charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
