    Payment details and transaction records.
  • Health and Fitness Data:
    Information pertaining to physical attributes (e.g., height, weight), workout statistics, and any medical history voluntarily provided by the member.

    Records of attendance, progress logs related to fitness activities, and engagement with platform features.
  • Device Data (Future Integration):
    Information collected from connected third-party devices, such as smartwatches (e.g., Apple Watch), upon the future implementation of such features.

The information collected is utilized for the following primary purposes:

  • Service Delivery:
    To provide and manage gym-related services, features, and functionalities offered through the RankOnFitness platform.
  • Display and Access:
    To display personalized workout plans, attendance records, and payment information to members and authorized gym personnel.

    To facilitate communication between gym staff and members regarding operational matters, appointments, or service-related inquiries.
  • Service Improvement:
    To analyze usage patterns and feedback for the continuous improvement and optimization of our services and platform features.
  • Promotional Communications:
    To send promotional communications and marketing materials pertaining to services offered by PCD Consultancy Services. Members will have the option to opt out of receiving such communications in the future.

3Data Storage and Security Measures

  • Storage Location:
    All collected data is securely stored on servers owned or leased by PCD Consultancy Services or on authorized third-party servers engaged for data hosting purposes.
  • Encryption:
    Certain categories of sensitive data are protected through encryption technologies to enhance confidentiality.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than providing the services for which they have been engaged.

Data Sale Policy:We affirm that we do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any unrelated third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

5Member Rights and Control

  • Access to Data:Members may request access to their personal data held by us by contacting the respective gym administration or by sending an email to our support contact: sales@rankonfitness.com.
  • Data Retention:Data will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Data may be deleted by gym administrators or in accordance with our internal data retention policies.

6Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for, nor do we knowingly collect data from, individuals under the age of 13 years. If you become aware that a minor under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at sales@rankonfitness.com, and we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the minor's account.

We endeavor to adhere to best practices in data protection and intend to comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including future data protection legislation in India, such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), as and when it becomes effective.
